Either electronic or paper-based solutions are acceptable.

Fresh-Dental shall be notified on an order so it can arrange shipment.

If the documentation is attached to the case/order in a paper-based form Fresh-Dental still has to be notified in order to arrange shipment.

We can guarantee implementation within 6 workdays if we receive information from you in e-mail when ordering, with the specification of the quantity.
